Customer Service

  • Provide the best possible service through the practice of a customer first ethic

Job Specification

Facilities

Job Description

  • Monitor all the staffs all units regarding timings, performance, productivity and issues
  • Assure 100% scanning of every show tickets with the help of F&B unit and G4S group.
  • Maintain received record (food items, ticket rolls, bakery items, beverages, diesel and other day to day requirements)
  • Develop, implement and follow up duty rooster.
  • Record performance evaluation of individual staffs and report to Asst. Facility Manager
  • Prepare sales report and submit to Asst. Facility Manager Everyday through email.
  • Look after and maintain the quality of F&B in general and coffee standardization especially.

Job Specification

  • At least Bachelors or equivalent from any background.(Hospitality/Hotel Management will be given preferences)

Job Description

  • Daily monitoring of system and networks
  • Manage daily operations of the IT department.
  • Support and monitor the provision of IT within TeamQuest and QFX.
  • Maintain the existing networks, system.
  • Assist with the installation of new hardware (including printers and projectors), and software and also educate employees on its use.

Job Description

  • Playing movies, trailers and commercials on flat/scope on automated digital projectors
  • Receiving and sending film content, projection related documents, hard-drives, usb memory sticks and commercial/trailer to the specified destination
  • Training new staff within the projection team in the basic use of the system as well as instructing about Health and Safety issues in our area.
  • Training and developing the team members and ensuring that they are being updated with our new systems and technologies

  • Responsible for ensuring that commercial Blocks according to the Parental Guidance Suggestion is shown once it is received through IT/Distribution department
  • Responsible for preparing the effective roster of the projectionist staffs of QFX cinemas of Ktm and ensuring that staffs are well mobilized as per the need of facilities thereby maintaining minimum overtimes
  • Liaising with the facility manager about movie timing regarding before movies and interval time
  • Undertaking special projects or task as assigned by supervisor
  • Developing SOPs and checklist for running Projection department and implementing it in all of our QFX auditorium.
  • Checking the validation of KDM and ensuring that they are being renewed on timely manner in coordination with Distribution department
  • Should be involved in research and technologies related to projection department and bringing new concepts and ideas on cost benefit analysis that would enhance the current projection system of the company. A report to be prepared on its implication and to be shared to the reporting Manager
  • Be in regular connection with technician from our real image team and interact with them about new updated software and technologies and ensure its applicability in our existing system
